Big celebration tonight will commemorate the beginning (and end) of an era for Sacramento’s skyline. With the two towers and a handful of other high-rise buildings scheduled to go up within the next few years, I reserve judgment as to whether we’re on to something good . . . or not . . . but, I remain hopeful that this admittedly inevitable change will be a good one.
