One thing you should know about me is that I think Romy and Michele’s High School Reunion is one of the best movies ever. The best line has got to be when they are on the road, pretending to be successful businesswomen and they head into a greasy pit/truck stop and ask for a Business Women’s Special…you know a lunch special for businesswomen…it still cracks me up to this day.

So imagine my DELIGHT when I hear that Sacramento has an actual event called Women in Business…It’s like a wedding expo except it’s geared to the working gal, and 100% of ticket sales benefit breast cancer research. Not bad…tickets are $30 at the door, and I hear there are lots of freebies and fun giveaways, plus tons of food!!!

So check it out at the Crocker Art Museum on October 5, 2006 from 5-8 p.m….after work, of course, for all of us business women.
