Author Maxine Hong Kingston is coming to Sacramento this Thursday at 6 p.m. at the Tsakpopoulos Library Galleria (at the Central Library) to help kick-off the next book in the One Book Sacramento series. This year’s book is California Uncovered: Stories for the 21st Century. Whether you attend any of the events or just read the book on your own, it should be an interesting read and a good community-building activity.
