Next Sunday, December 17, at 7pm, local volunteer ensemble Schola Cantorum will hold its annual Christmas concert at Sacred Heart Church on 39th and J Streets in East Sac.

The chorus sings at the 11:00am Sunday mass each week and fills the church with an impressive collection of trained voices, harmonizing and complimenting on classical arrangements. You don’t have to be part of the parish – or the religion – to appreciate this group.
