Dreaming of Warm Weather
Today, we got a bit of a break from the wet weather in Sacramento.
I enjoyed the sunshine, blue skies and a roast beef sandwich at La Bou on 9th St. Then I walked back to work with a couple of raindrops on my head. I know California needs the rain. Still, I appreciate any sunny day as we finish up these last weeks of Winter.
Here’s a look at the soggy start to our work week. On Monday, I took a break from the drive home and checked out the Yolo Causeway.
I’m looking forward to Summer and all the outdoor events. Like fairs. I love fairs. Hot weather, fried food, crazy rides and live music. Last year, I saw Weird Al Yankovic at the California State Fair.

Good times.
After reading this from the health inspection last month at La Bou on 5th & L street, I don’t think I can trust any of their downtown locations.

Last October the La Bou location I went to got passing marks from the county’s environmental management department.
