Sacramento meteorologists say we should expect more wet weather this week.
Sigh.
My future garden could use the water. But rainy weather is a pain when I’m trying to stay awake on Eastbound I-80.

My solution: drinking plenty of water and singing along with my iTunes playlist. Good times.
Getting in the routine of exercising during the week can help build up stamina to help get you through the day. Drinking lots of water, like you mentioned is also a great way to keep your energy level up. Hopefully the rain will pay off for your garden and later in the year you will have fresh vegetable to help with that drive on I-80.
Sacramento Chiropractor – I like the idea of working out. However, I feel so exhausted after my shift. Between my graveyard shift and my 40-minute drive home, I’m simply trying to stay awake until I make it home. How would I get enough energy for the regular exercise routine with a graveyard shift?
