The Comedy of Errors

Sacramento Shakespeare Festival presents The Comedy of Errors by William Shakespeare, it tells the story of two sets of identical twins that were accidentally separated at birth. Antipholus of Syracuse and his servant, Dromio of Syracuse, arrive in Ephesus, which turns out to be the home of their twin brothers, Antipholus of Ephesus and his servant, Dromio of Ephesus. When the Syracusans encounter the friends and families of their twins, a series of wild mishaps based on mistaken identities.

Parking is available in the lot immediately adjacent to the amphitheatre and in the lot behind Fairy Tale Town. Parking is free. Disabled parking is available in front of the amphitheatre with a placard. Park disabled parking is available in the lot down near the front entrance off of Land Park drive.

William A Carroll Amphitheatre information:
1. Box office opens at 6:00/4:00pm, gates open at 6:30/4:30pm, GreenShow 7-minute performance starts at 7:15/5:15pm, curtain is at 8:00/6:00pm.
2. A blanket or a sweater, because even the warmest days will feel refreshingly cool late into the evening! Blankets will be available to rent for a small donation.
3. Short lawn/beach chairs for the lawn area, taller chairs to sit between or in front of the benches. No tall chairs on the lawn area. Blankets are great for the lawn area as well.
4. Amphitheatre is equipped with backless benches.
5. Stadium chairs are available for rent on a first-come, first-served basis.
6. A picnic to snack on before and during the show.
7. Bug Repellent, remember we are outdoors! But please, no candles.
8. Cash, checks or credit cards to buy your tickets at the park.
9. Small bills for concessions during intermisson.
10. Spare change for donation.
11. Get here early if you wish to sit in the front lawn area as it usually fills up first.
12. No photography or video recording of any kind allowed during the performance.
13. Refrain from texting, phone calls or using your phone during the performance. The light is very distracting to your neighbors and it can be seen from stage.
14. No smoking (cigarettes, cigars, pipes and vapes) is allowed within the fence.
